There was a season in my life when everything I thought was certain came apart. The kind of pain that does not announce itself, the kind that reshapes what you imagined your future would look like.
I am here today because first responders arrived in time. My daughter and I are alive because someone answered the call. I will never stop carrying that with me, and it is the reason this foundation exists.
Gold Star Community Support Foundation was built for the people who carry weight others do not always see. Veterans, military families, first responders, and Gold Star families. The transition home is hard. Civilian systems do not always know what to do with the skills a veteran brings, and those who served do not always know where to turn. We are building the bridge. Trade school support, community college assistance, mentorship, and partnerships with Tampa Bay employers who value service. Real work. Real wages. A community that understands the power of resilience.
